Policy

We understand that things happen in life. However, it is important to confirm your appointment by text, email, or phone. We now require a credit card on file to secure your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of an appointment price for cancellations that happen with less than 24 hour notice. We will confirm all appointments by text or email 48 hours in advance.

We are not accepting new clients under the age of 13. For existing clients under the age of 13, we unfortunately are no longer able to offer special rates. You can find current stylist rates here.

Retail products may be returned for store credit only.
